Two burners, 1 inch coated ceramic blanket, two thick firebricks on the floor and a Hellcoat 3000 refractory container that the owner applies. Everything is made in the USA and the unit still fits in a car trunk for a demo day.
Knife makers and farriers get plenty of length here without the bulk of the MAX. The low 3.5 inch ceiling is the limit: thick billets, bowls and heavy scrollwork will not fit, and the shallow oval means tall work is awkward. Users should budget an evening for coating and curing, and ignore the marketing temperature figure until the doors are closed and the pressure is dialled in.
