Welcome to Prooffeed.com ("Prooffeed", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using Prooffeed you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

Prooffeed is an independent platform of rankings and reviews. Rankings are created and curated by our editorial team. The order of positions inside a ranking is determined dynamically by community votes. Registered users can:

• vote positions up or down;
• leave reviews with a star rating on individual positions;
• comment on rankings.

Prooffeed does not sell placements. No payments, referral programs or rewards for views are offered by the service.

An account (email and password) is required to vote, review and comment. You agree to provide accurate information and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, manipulate votes or abuse the platform.

Voting and reviews exist to reflect genuine user experience. You agree to the following rules:

• one account per person; each account can cast one vote per position (a vote can be changed or withdrawn);
• reviews must be based on your own real experience and must be honest;
• it is prohibited to manipulate rankings with fake accounts, bots, vote exchanges, or paid/incentivised votes and reviews;
• content must not contain unlawful material, spam, advertising, personal data of third parties, or offensive language.

We may remove content and revoke votes that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

You retain responsibility for the content you publish. By posting a review or comment you grant Prooffeed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute this content within the platform. We may keep published content after account termination where required to preserve the integrity of rankings and discussions.

Our editorial team decides which rankings and positions are published, and may add, edit, merge or remove them at any time. At the end of each calendar year the current top-10 of every ranking is frozen as an archived annual result; the top-3 positions receive permanent winner badges. Archived results are historical records and can no longer be affected by votes.

• violating applicable laws or regulations;
• manipulating views, votes or reviews with automated tools;
• scraping or copying the platform content at scale without permission;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
• introducing viruses or malicious code.

All platform content — design, code, texts, rankings structure — is owned by Prooffeed or its licensors, except user-submitted content. Third-party names, logos and trademarks mentioned in rankings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Rankings contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Rankings, reviews and votes are opinions of the community and the editorial team; they are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and are not professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prooffeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including decisions made in reliance on rankings or reviews.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
