These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Use and establish the standards of conduct for all users of the Prooffeed platform. They apply to every form of contribution: reviews, ratings, ranking votes, comments, official company responses and any other content published on the platform.
The value of Prooffeed rankings rests entirely on the integrity of votes and reviews. These Guidelines exist to protect that integrity, and the platform enforces them consistently across all 16 language versions.
A review must reflect the author's own, genuine experience with the company or product. Reviews written on behalf of other persons, based on hearsay or composed without actual interaction with the subject are not permitted.
A substantive review states what was used, over what period, and which aspects proved satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Specific facts make reviews verifiable and useful; general praise or condemnation without detail carries little value for readers. A star rating without text is acceptable where the author has nothing to add: it is counted in the average score and in ranking calculations, but is not displayed as a quotation.
Each user may publish one review per company or product. A review may be edited or deleted by its author at any time; editing must not change the review into a description of someone else's experience.
Each user holds one vote per ranking position. The vote may be cast in favor or against, changed or withdrawn at any time. Votes of authors with an established review history carry increased weight in accordance with the platform's reputation system; this weight is assigned automatically and cannot be requested or purchased.
Comments on rankings are intended for substantive discussion: arguments for or against positions, personal experience and questions to other participants. Comments are subject to the same content restrictions as reviews.
Owners, employees, contractors and affiliates of a listed company are considered interested parties with respect to that company and its competitors. Interested parties must not rate their own company, vote for it in rankings, downvote competitors, or publish reviews of their own products under the guise of customer experience.
The proper channel for an interested party is the official response: a verified card owner may reply publicly to any review of their company, and the response is displayed with the company's name. Participation in discussions is permitted provided the affiliation is disclosed. An undisclosed conflict of interest results in removal of the content in question and, in serious cases, termination of the account.
The following practices are prohibited without exception: creation or use of multiple accounts by one person; coordinated or exchanged voting; purchasing, selling or soliciting votes and reviews; offering customers rewards, discounts or other incentives in exchange for positive reviews; use of automation, scripts or bot networks in any form.
Anti-fraud systems monitor account activity continuously. Votes and reviews identified as manipulated are annulled without prior notice, and the accounts involved are subject to the measures described in section 9.
The platform does not accept content that violates applicable law; contains defamation, threats, harassment or insults directed at individuals; discloses personal data of third parties, including names of staff members published without their consent in a negative context; contains advertising, promotional codes, referral links or calls to action; consists of spam, duplicated text or material unrelated to the subject of the review.
Hyperlinks in user content are not permitted. Criticism must address the company and its service, not the individuals behind it.
Any user or company may dispute a review, a vote pattern or ranking information by writing to [email protected]. A complaint should identify the specific content by URL, state the grounds for the objection and include available evidence: documents, correspondence or order records.
Every complaint is reviewed manually by the moderation team. Where the review requires clarification from the author, the platform may request supporting details. Based on the outcome, content is retained, corrected or removed. Editorial decisions concerning the composition and structure of rankings remain with the platform.
Rights holders who believe that content on Prooffeed infringes their copyright or trademark may submit a notice to [email protected]. The notice must describe the protected work, identify the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material and provide the contact details of the rights holder or their authorized representative.
Notices are verified upon receipt. Content found to be infringing is removed, and repeated infringers lose access to the platform.
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, the platform applies the following measures: removal of individual content; annulment of votes; exclusion of reviews from score calculations; temporary restriction of account functions; permanent termination of the account. Measures may be combined and applied to all accounts connected to a violation.
Deliberate or repeated manipulation of rankings results in permanent termination in every case. The platform reserves the right to remove all traces of a violation from rankings, including recalculation of affected scores.
The platform may amend these Guidelines as the service evolves. The current version, together with the date of the last revision, is permanently available on this page. Continued use of Prooffeed after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Guidelines. Questions regarding these Guidelines are accepted at [email protected].
