Logitech G Saitek PRO Flight Yoke System

Brand: Logitech G Pro Flight Yoke System

0

The Saitek yoke has been the default first purchase in home cockpits for years, and Logitech kept it in the lineup after buying Saitek in 2016. A stainless steel shaft rides on bearings, the clamp holds it to a desk edge in two positions, and a separate three lever throttle quadrant comes in the box. Counting the mode switch, the unit offers around 75 programmable functions: 14 buttons, a POV hat, rotary trim knobs and a three port USB hub in the base.

Price is the main argument, usually well under half of what metal yokes cost, so it suits people still testing whether flight simming sticks. Expect a plastic housing, short pitch travel and potentiometers that can start jittering after a couple of years of heavy use. PC only, no Xbox support, no force feedback.

Pros

  • Three lever throttle quadrant included
  • Stainless steel shaft, two position clamp
  • Around 75 programmable functions
  • Three port USB hub in the base
  • Stocked almost everywhere, easy to replace

Cons

  • Plastic body and short pitch travel
  • Potentiometers drift with heavy use
  • No Xbox support, PC only
  • Rotation range narrower than metal yokes
