Good for road trips, hockey runs and anyone who lives out of a truck in winter. It is not a replacement for a home dryer: capacity is one pair, and heavy leather work boots need far longer than a car ride. Running it from the vehicle socket also means the engine should be on, otherwise the battery takes the hit.
