AdvantaClean grew out of the clean up after Hurricane Andrew in 1994 and turned into a franchise network built around moisture: water damage mitigation, mold remediation, crawlspace and attic ventilation, plus air duct, coil and dryer vent cleaning. It passed its fiftieth franchise in 2011 and its hundredth the following year, and serves residential, commercial and government properties. Because the same team handles mold testing and remediation, duct problems caused by damp rather than dust get diagnosed instead of merely vacuumed.
Sensible when the complaint is a musty smell, visible growth on registers or humidity in a crawlspace, less so for a routine dust removal where a specialist duct crew may cost less. Prices are set locally, and the range of service lines invites add-ons, so ask which items are actually required and which are optional.
