Clarusway is a Virginia based IT school in McLean that teaches Salesforce alongside cloud, data and cybersecurity tracks. The Salesforce program covers both administration and development, taking students from no code configuration through Apex, Salesforce CLI and Lightning Web Components, and points at the Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder exams. A ten week version runs in partnership with UW Madison on weekday evenings, Monday to Friday from 6 to 9 pm Central, with a project based curriculum and portfolio work.
Evening scheduling is the strong point for anyone keeping a day job. The catch is workload: staff advise budgeting well over twenty hours a week, and the combined admin plus developer syllabus moves fast for people who have never worked with a database. Mentoring and career services are included, quality of both varies by cohort.
