It has eight prep stations, a hand wash sink at each one, dry, cold and frozen storage, a delivery zone, and Ansul fire suppression over the cooking line. You book by the shift. Plans start at two shifts a month and go up to seven a week, from about $195 per shift. Storage is rented monthly.
