Devil-Forge is a Lithuanian maker based in Klaipeda that builds gas forges, melting furnaces and burners and ships them worldwide, United States included. The range is wide for a small firm: DFPROF, DFPROFK, DFHS and DFS forge series plus FB furnaces for melting aluminium, brass and copper. A typical DFPROF2 runs two DFP burners rated at 160,000 BTU together, reaches about 2500F, sits in a 16 gauge steel body, and is lined with 1 inch of ceramic blanket over a firebrick floor. Double insulated 2 inch versions and door options exist as well.
Orders for the States come with a POL CGA-510 regulator, so the forge works on a standard propane tank out of the box. Refractory rigidizer is supplied but must be brushed on before the first fire, which trips up buyers who skip the manual. Units run on propane, butane or LPG, never natural gas. Delivery crosses the Atlantic, so patience helps.
