The winter convention of Florida United Numismatists opens the collecting year every January at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The 71st edition, January 8 to 11, 2026, packed more than 750 dealer tables onto the bourse, and reports from the floor described record attendance and dealers breaking sales records. Heritage holds its major auction in conjunction with the show. FUN also runs a smaller Summer FUN convention.
Public admission is free: visitors pick up a badge at the registration booths before entering the floor. The program includes competitive exhibits, educational talks, a kids booth, Young Numismatists activities and Scout merit badge sessions. Membership in FUN costs $15 a year and includes the quarterly FUN Topics magazine. Crowds are heavy, especially on Friday and Saturday, and Orlando hotel prices in January are not always kind.
