The practice built by Michael Chad Hoeppner, author of "Don't Say Um", operating out of a Madison Avenue office as MCH Communications. Its method is physical rather than theoretical: clients work through drills that force the body and breath to behave, on the premise that filler words and flat delivery are motor habits, not character flaws. Programs run from private executive coaching to presentation skills, virtual communication and sales conversations, plus keynotes for company events.
Strong choice for a senior leader who has already read three books on storytelling and still says um every fourth sentence. Teams get structured group sessions. It will feel odd to anyone expecting a gentle confidence chat, and the drills look faintly ridiculous until they start working.
