Huddle Up, previously DotCom Therapy, started in 2015 and grew from a small teletherapy provider into a network covering speech, occupational and mental health care for children. It works on several fronts at once: contracts with schools, partnerships with health plans and employers, and direct care for families, including early intervention age children who need frequent short sessions.
Convenient when a child needs more than one specialty, because speech and occupational therapy can be coordinated within the same team instead of two unrelated clinics. Availability depends on state licensure and on the payer, so the first question at intake should be whether a qualified therapist is actually licensed where the child lives, and who pays for the sessions.
