LandHub is a land listing site based in Tucson, Arizona, launched in 2016. It connects buyers directly with sellers of land, ranches, farms and acreage, and has a separate off-grid category that can be sorted by acreage, county and price. Sellers pay for month-to-month plans without long contracts, and the company also sells extras such as social media promotion, banner ads on state pages and features in its weekly Sunday Land News newsletter. In 2023 it announced a partnership with LandLeader to spread listings further.
For buyers, LandHub is free and simple: open a listing, then use the contact seller form. The inventory is smaller than on the CoStar sites, which some people find easier to go through in an evening. Private sellers who want a cheaper alternative to broker plans often start here. Promoted listings are pushed to the top, so the first results are not always the best deals.
