Part of Liquidity Services, Liquidation.com has been auctioning surplus since 1999 and lists thousands of lots a day, with a condition filter that isolates returns only. Electronics move as parcels, pallets and truckloads from big box and online retailers, and lots can be picked up at regional warehouses to skip freight. Payment goes through card, PayPal or wire, and a buyer premium is added on top of the winning bid.
Good fit for someone who wants volume and does not mind untested goods: many electronics lots are sold as is, salvage grade included. New buyers often forget the premium plus shipping and end up over budget, so the real cost per unit needs a calculator before bidding. Support is reachable, but disputes over condition mostly end with the terms of sale, not a refund.
