Little Giant
Little Giant is the flagship brand of Miller Manufacturing Company, founded in 1941 in Glencoe, Minnesota, on automatic poultry founts and now owned by Frandsen Corporation. Miller's catalogue runs to nearly a thousand items across six brands, among them API, Hot-Shot, Pet Lodge and Double-Tuf, distributed in the United States and around thirty other countries. Little Giant covers poultry feeders and waterers, livestock buckets and tanks, and since 2014 a beekeeping line developed with sister company Kelley Beekeeping: hives, frames, protective gear and extraction tools compatible with standard Langstroth equipment.
Easy to buy in person, because farm and ranch chains carry the brand on the shelf next to feed. The gear is pitched at the backyard hobbyist and small holding, so commercial beekeepers and large ranches usually specify heavier equipment from specialist houses.
