North American Midway Entertainment was formed in 2004 out of several older carnival families and now calls itself the largest traveling midway operator in North America, working across the United States and Canada from offices in Farmland, Indiana. Besides full fair midways, it keeps a separate corporate rental arm: single rides or a whole midway delivered to a company picnic, brand activation or holiday market. The showpiece is a 150 foot Super Ferris Wheel built by Ronald Bussink Professional Rides, with 36 climate controlled gondolas; it travels on roughly 20 tractor trailer loads.
Sensible for large employers, municipalities and festivals with room for heavy equipment and a real budget. For a small school carnival the logistics are usually oversized, and dates in peak fair season are spoken for months ahead, so early inquiries matter.
