Per Scholas is a nonprofit founded in 1995 in the Bronx that trains adults for tech jobs at no cost to the student, funded by employers and grants. Its Salesforce Administrator with Agentforce course runs about 15 weeks, full time, covering user management, data, reports, dashboards and process automation, and it prepares graduates for the Administrator credential. Training happens in select cities, among them New York, Atlanta and Detroit, with an admissions process and a tech prep assignment before the cohort starts.
Tuition free means competition for seats and firm rules: applicants generally must live within commuting distance of a location and be able to give the program full days for months. For someone unemployed or underemployed and ready to commit, it is one of the few honest zero cost routes with real employer connections behind it.
