The trimline is scalloped and polished, which most patients notice as reduced gum irritation, and the Spark Approver software gives the orthodontist unusually granular control over staging. A limited-scope option exists for small corrections.
Mostly prescribed by orthodontists rather than general dentists, so first timers meet it in specialist practices. That specialisation is the point: complex rotations and extraction cases are within reach. The flip side is a shorter list of clinics, a price at the upper end of the market and almost no consumer-facing information, since Ormco talks to doctors, not to patients.
