Start ASL is a long running online ASL school built around a three level curriculum written by Michelle Jay, author of the beginner book "Don't Just Sign, Communicate!". The first course is available as a free version with lessons, vocabulary and homework, and paid membership adds workbooks, video feedback on the signs a student records, tutor support and a certificate of completion. Practice partners and study groups are organised through the school community, which fixes the usual problem of signing alone in a kitchen.
It suits a self disciplined adult who wants a real syllabus rather than a signs of the day feed and is happy to film themselves for correction. People expecting live evening classes with a teacher on screen will be disappointed: the format is recorded lessons plus asynchronous checking. Anyone chasing an interpreter qualification should treat it as preparation only.
