Known to Texans as Texas Bee Supply, this outfit has been trading since 2017 and keeps stores in Blue Ridge and Round Rock. Beyond woodenware and cedar hive bodies it sells its own bees and queens, insulated Apimaye hives, and the SUPER SUIT, which it distributes exclusively. Beginners are pushed toward the one day, six hour beginning beekeeping course before they touch a frame, and further classes cover splits and swarm season.
Strongest choice for anyone inside Texas: live bees can be collected instead of mailed, orders are delivered free to some local beekeeping clubs, and extraction services save a novice from buying a spinner in year one. Outside the state the picture is duller, since bees stay local and shipping costs mount on heavy boxes. The Dayton store closed in July 2025, so check locations before driving.
