The bundle covers the whole sequence: 32 ounces of super concentrated cleaner that mixes into 5 gallons, a gallon of multipurpose primer, a 5 gallon pail of white elastomeric coating, four self leveling and two non leveling lap sealant tubes, a seam roller and gloves. The coating is rated up to 100 square feet per gallon per coat, should finish at least 16 mil dry, and meets Cool Roof standards.
The mix of leveling and non leveling sealant is the genuinely useful part: flat seams get the runny tube, vertical edges and screw heads get the thick one, so nobody fights the wrong caulk on a hot roof. Formula is water based and low odor. Overkill for a pop up, sensible for a 25 to 30 foot trailer where every seam is tired at once.
