OZ ARMOUR 3 Layer Ventilated Bee Suit with Fencing and Round Veil
The suit ships with two hoods in the box, a fencing veil and a round brim veil, both on a heavy zip around the collar. Fabric is triple layer mesh: the middle spacer keeps the stinger away from the body while air passes through. Brass zippers, elastic cuffs, thumb and ankle straps, plus large pockets on the thighs and chest. Sizes run from small to 4XL, and there is a pink version cut for women.
A fair pick for anyone running more than three hives in warm weather. Two hoods mean one suit covers close work and honey harvest without a second purchase. Weight and volume are the trade off, and the pale mesh shows dirt after a season. Zip the collar fully and check the neck seal each time, a small gap there is the usual cause of a sting inside the hood.
