Galaxy Lite is the entry model of the POCOCO family: mains powered, smaller than the rechargeable version, and usually the cheapest way into the brand's disc system. It takes the same replaceable optical film discs, tilts on its base to aim at ceiling or wall, and projects a still image with soft edges rather than moving laser dots. Discs cover constellations, the Moon, planets and nebulae, sold in packs of six or eight.

Works well as a night light for a child's room or as calm background light for reading and meditation. Anyone who wants the projector to run outdoors or away from an outlet should look at the battery model instead. The still image does not rotate, so the effect is closer to a photograph on the ceiling than to a rotating sky, which some buyers like and others find static.
