Sparco Sky KF-5W Kart Helmet

Brand: Sparco

0

The Sky KF-5W is Sparco's karting lid, homologated to Snell-FIA CMR2016 and built on a Kevlar and fibreglass shell. Weight stays low, around 1.25 kilograms in middle sizes, and the interior is finished in a fabric that comes out for washing. Brow and top intakes feed air, rear exhausts release it, and the visor catch is designed to work with gloves on. Sizes run XS to XL in white, black and a handful of graphic versions.

Drivers in CIK-FIA and national classes get an approved helmet from the brand whose seat and harness they very likely already use. The naming is the confusing part, because Sparco lists several similar Sky and Prime models, so the CMR label on the box is what settles the question. American stock comes and goes, and eBay listings from European sellers are common, which puts shipping time and duty into the budget.
