tellmeGen Advanced DNA Test
tellmeGen is a lab from Valencia in Spain. The Advanced kit is a saliva test with more than 400 reports: ancestral origins and haplogroups, health predispositions, drug response, traits and fitness. Lab work and return postage from the United States are covered by the purchase price, and new reports keep appearing in the account for life at no charge.
It suits a buyer who wants roots and health in one purchase rather than two kits. Genealogy is not the deepest side of it: regional detail and the DNA Connect relative finder cannot compete with Ancestry or 23andMe volumes. Expect four to six weeks, a separate email address for registration, and wording in the reports that reads like a translation in a few places.
