Brunner Elektronik is a small Swiss manufacturer from Hittnau near Zurich, still run by the founding family. Its bread and butter is drive and control systems for industry, but simulator people know it for the CLS-E line: force feedback yokes, joysticks and rudder pedals. Each unit works on brushless servo motors, so the controls push back the way real aircraft controls do. The CLS2Sim software connects them to Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane and Prepar3D, and two units can be linked for pilot and co-pilot training. Shop prices start near 2,000 dollars per device.

This is gear for flight schools, training devices and home pilots who fly often and want honest feel. Casual players will find the price hard to justify. Two practical notes: CLS2Sim runs on Windows, so Linux users need a second machine or a virtual one, and the units are heavy, so a folding desk will not hold them.
