ComMarker is a Chinese laser brand set up in 2017 by a group of laser engineers, and it went after one niche rather than all of them: compact fiber, MOPA and UV markers for metal. The B4 and B6 desktop fiber units and the newer Omni series sit at prices that once bought nothing but a bare galvo head. The company claims users in 182 countries and ships from warehouses in the United States, Germany and China, which keeps delivery sane.
The fit is obvious for jewellers, knife makers and anyone marking stainless, aluminium, brass or titanium; MOPA models add colour marking on steel. It is the wrong tool for cutting plywood or acrylic, where a diode or CO2 machine belongs. Budget for extras: enclosure, fume extraction and rotary are separate line items, and the EZCAD-based workflow takes a weekend to learn. Returns run 15 days, payment splits through Klarna or PayPal.
