For a contractor billing time and materials across a modest client list, it is easier to learn than a full accounting suite and the client portal cuts down chasing. Construction specifics are absent: no schedule of values, no retainage tracking, nothing that deserves the name job costing. The client caps on lower tiers become a wall for anyone with dozens of customers on the books.
