Jobber started in Edmonton in 2011 and now covers the office side of home service work: quotes, scheduling, invoicing and payments in one place. Invoices come out of completed visits, reminders go by email or text, and clients approve quotes and pay in the Client Hub, with partial payments added in 2025. Published rates begin at $39 a month for individual Core and climb to $599 for Plus with 15 users, extra seats $29 each, after a 14 day trial of the Grow feature set.
Best fit is a crew of one to ten doing recurring or route heavy jobs, where the calendar and the billing belong together. Job costing and two-way texting sit on Grow, QuickBooks sync starts at Connect, and the AI Receptionist ($99) or Marketing Suite ($79) are billed on top, so the real monthly figure usually beats the headline. Anyone who bills by AIA pay application will not find that format here.
