Otsimo is a Turkish project built around short games rather than lessons: matching, sorting, letters, numbers, daily routines. There are no ads at all and no external links, so a child cannot tap their way out into a browser, which is the first thing worth checking in any kids app. Content follows applied behaviour analysis ideas, progress is tracked per child, and parents can turn off whole game categories that irritate their kid. A separate Otsimo app covers speech therapy and AAC boards.
Sold by subscription, monthly or yearly, with a trial period. Good for preschool and early school age children who learn better in two minute bursts. Less useful for teenagers, and the artwork will feel babyish to them. Support answers by email, and refunds are handled inside a short window, so test it fast after buying.
