Ryobi built the widest low cost battery ecosystem on the market: the ONE+ 18V system has kept the same battery interface since 1996 and now covers well past three hundred tools, from impact wrenches to fans and glue guns. The HP brushless half inch and three eighths wrenches handle lug nuts, trailer hitches and suspension bolts on a home car, and a kit often costs less than a bare tool from a professional brand.

This is a homeowner and light duty pick, not a shop tool. Torque is enough for wheels and general assembly but falls short on rusted exhaust or heavy truck fasteners, plastic gearboxes wear faster under daily load, and the tools are sold mainly through Home Depot, which limits price comparison. For occasional garage work the value is hard to argue with.
