TigerKing grew out of a Chinese family workshop founded in 2000 and turned into a full safe manufacturer, moving from mechanical dials to fingerprint and finger vein locks. An export department opened in 2010, the overseas brand followed in 2017, and tigerkingsafe-us.com is the company's own American storefront. Production is certified to ISO9001, with CE, SGS, BSCI and ETL marks cited on the corporate site.
Sizes range from small jewelry boxes to fireproof and waterproof cabinets of eight cubic feet and gun safes with five live locking bolts and anti drill door plates. The appeal is volume for the money: a large fire rated body costs less than a comparable American brand. The trade off is service. Warranty is one year, replacement claims for transit damage run on a tight window, and the support desk answers from China, so replies take a day or two.
