Dicor packs a full acrylic recoat into one box: four one gallon pails of white acrylic coating, two quarts of cleaner and activator, a 4 inch by 50 foot roll of coating ready cover tape, a metal pan, a 9 inch roller with two covers and a roll of masking tape. It is sized for a 30 foot unit. Coverage runs about one gallon per 125 square feet per coat, and two coats are the minimum. Retail sits around 500 dollars, and a tan version is sold as RP-RRKT-30.
The catch is prep. The activator soaks on the EPDM for at least 15 minutes, then has to be rinsed off with a pressure washer near 2000 psi, and the roof needs 12 to 24 hours of drying between coats. Best on a sound but chalky membrane. A torn roof gets patched first, and a 35 foot coach will need extra coating bought separately.
