Sold as a weekend system: a 5 gallon pail of brilliant white sealer, a gallon of EPDM and TPO primer, a jug of Smart Cleaner, seam tape and a tube of lap sealant. Everything is water based, zero VOC and low odor, which matters when you are working right over a vent that opens into the bedroom. The maker rates one gallon per 50 square feet, and the 5 gallon pail is aimed at a 30 foot RV; 35 and 40 foot versions of the same kit exist.
Work happens between 50 and 90 F with brush, roller or sprayer, two or three heavy coats to reach a 40 to 60 mil membrane. That means several dry days in a row, so a humid autumn weekend is out. Fine on EPDM, TPO, fiberglass and aluminum, and the primer is not optional on TPO. For one leaking seam this is far too much material.
