Instead of a bag on a shelf, this kit fruits from a perforated bucket: mushrooms push out of holes around the sides, so clusters form on several planes at once. Italian oyster, also sold as pearl oyster, is one of the more forgiving strains and tolerates ordinary room temperatures better than blue oyster. The bucket keeps moisture in the substrate, which cuts the misting burden.
A reasonable second kit for someone who has already fruited a block and wants a bigger, more photogenic harvest. It takes floor or shelf space and a tray underneath, because water runs off during misting. Once spent, the substrate can go into a garden bed rather than the bin.
