Glow
Glow appeared in 2013 from the incubator of PayPal co-founder Max Levchin and grew into a family of apps: Glow for cycle and conception, Eve for younger users, Nurture for pregnancy, Baby for the first years. The tracker takes periods, intimacy, ovulation tests, temperature and medication, and the forums are among the busiest in this category. Support answers by email and on a US phone line during weekday hours.
The draw is community plus longevity: plenty of accounts here hold eight or ten years of history with charts and exports across all of it. The cost is advertising in the free tier and analysis behind a paywall. In 2019 Consumer Reports flagged weaknesses in account security; the company fixed them, though cautious users still factor that in.
