Officely made one decision and stuck to it: the product lives entirely inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. Employees book a desk, meeting room, parking spot or lunch from a chat message, see who else is coming in, and get nudges before team days. There is no extra app to install and no new login, which is why adoption on small teams looks unusually healthy. The free plan covers up to five users with every feature, and paid tiers open unlimited users.
Best for chat first companies of roughly 20 to 200 people, where yet another tool would simply be ignored. The weak spots are structural: Officely is not available to customers on Slack Enterprise Grid, and its floor plan work is thinner than in map first systems. Facilities teams that need move planning and detailed occupancy modelling should look elsewhere.
