A Glasgow company trading since 2004, ResDiary built its reputation on flat monthly pricing with no charge per cover, whatever volume the diary handles. It is widely used across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, in restaurants, pubs and hotel dining rooms. The toolkit covers table and shift management, deposits and card capture against no shows, prepaid experiences, and ResPhone, an automated answer service that takes bookings when nobody can reach the phone.

Good value for venues that already generate their own demand and simply want a reliable, predictable diary rather than a marketplace. There is no large consumer network pushing new guests, so restaurants relying on discovery will need marketing elsewhere. The interface is functional rather than beautiful, and some newer features arrive as paid add ons.
