The calculation combines the current bulletin with high resolution slope steepness, aspect, altitude and known release areas, then flags the individual sections of the track that drive the rating. Coverage runs across Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy and further alpine regions, with GPX downloads and an app version.

Genuinely useful for shortlisting options on a Friday evening, and the transparency about how each score is reached is unusual. The obvious risk is outsourcing judgement to an algorithm that knows nothing about the party, the timing or what happened yesterday. Only routes in the database get rated, so off catalogue objectives and untracked lines fall outside it.
