Network bookings are charged per cover, and the platform leans on promotions and discounts to move covers, which fills quiet Tuesdays but attracts deal hunters. Sensible for tourist heavy locations and European cities where diners open TheFork by reflex. Restaurants with a loyal local following and full books rarely need to pay for that reach.
