Ziollo, better known through its RV Flex Repair line, builds a silicone roof system for motorhomes, trailers and campers. It began with a couple of campers tired of patching the same leaks. The set is small and matched: 100 percent silicone roof sealant in 1, 3.5 and 5 gallon sizes, self-leveling lap sealant in tubes, seam tape, TPO primer and cleaner. The coating is 100 percent solids, so it does not shrink, and it normally goes on in one heavy coat with no primer on EPDM, aluminum or fiberglass. Sales run direct through the site and through Amazon, with tech support on an Ontario phone number.
Fits owners who want to restore a roof over one weekend and then leave it alone. Two things to check first: the warranty is now listed as 10 years, has to be registered within 30 days and covers complete applications only, not spot repairs. TPO roofs still need the primer. Cured silicone also limits later work, because the brand tape and lap sealant will not bond to it.
